Viant Health Payment Solutions Launches Today
Concentra Network Services Spins-off from Parent, Concentra, Inc. to Form Viant, Inc.

Naperville IL, June 25, 2007 - Viant, Inc., formerly Concentra Network Services (CNS), launched as an independent company effective June 25, 2007. The Vaint organization encompasses all of the previous CNS entities including Beech Street, ppoNEXT, Health Network Systems and Concentra Preferred Systems.
Viant continues to offer all of the specialized healthcare cost management services that had made CNS a leader in the industry for over 16 years. The entire existing management team including CEO, Dan Thomas, and President, Tom Bartlett, will remain in place to lead the new organization. Norm Payson, MD, will serve as Chairman of the Board.
Commenting on the announcement, Tom Bartlett, said, "Our separation from Concentra essentially acts as a catalyst for us to aggressively pursue our vision and growth strategy for the company. Our focus is entirely on the health insurance industry and providing greater value to the various markets it represents, whether public or private.
