Viant Appoints Bryan R. Adel as General Counsel

Naperville, IL, July 31, 2007 - Newly formed, Viant, Inc. (formerly Concentra Network Services), a leader in healthcare payment and cost management solutions, today announced the appointment of Bryan Adel as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Adel will provide legal counsel, risk management guidance, strategic direction, contracting oversight and executive leadership to the Viant organization.

Mr. Adel joins Viant after serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Privacy Officer at Rewards Network, Inc., a leading provider of hotel and restaurant reward programs, where he played a key role in the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley legal requirements, corporate governance and legal compliance issues. Prior to joining Rewards, Mr. Adel spent ten years at McDonalds Corporation in various legal positions. He was also a member of the Board of Directors at Chipotle Mexican Grill and was part of the strategy team that organized the investment in Chipotle by McDonalds.
Mr. Adel practiced corporate law at the firm of McDermott, Will & Emery, one of the nation's largest and most respected law firms, after graduating from The University of Wisconsin Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan.About Viant, Inc.
