Concentra Supplemental Network Program
Effective January 1, 2007 changes are being made to the Accelerated Payment Program. The program will now be known as the Concentra Supplemental Network Program. The revised program will continue to be offered as a non-logo'd supplemental network program with the following features:
- Payor contracts will require that reimbursement of claims under the program be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of a clean claim
- Seamless participation
- Streamlined administration
- Opportunity for increased patient volume
- Predictable reimbursement based on the agreed upon, contracted rate with Beech Street

Providers can easily identify participation of a patient in the Concentra Supplemental Network Program based on the identification of the payor on the insurance card. Providers follow normal procedures by calling the payor benefit office number listed on the card to verify eligibility. Also, Beech Street or Concentra is clearly identified on the EOR or EOP.

Fee Negotiation
Offered as a component of our overall out-of-network solution, Beech Street’s integrated Fee Negotiation services help clients avoid paying unreasonable charges on claims that fall outside of the Accelerated Payment Program.
Combining state-of-the-art technology and highly trained claim analysts, we work to make sure that you are paying reasonable charges on your out-of-network claims. Each claim is analyzed for upcoding, unbundling, overcharges, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Our team of medical billing and coding professionals further evaluates each claim and contacts the provider directly to discuss any detected billing, coding or pricing issues. A signed agreement is secured on each negotiated discount to guarantee no balance billing to the insured or claims payor.
Workers' Compensation PPO Network
Beech Street has alliances with select strategic partners who offer the administrative services associated with workers' compensation. Through these alliances, our clients are offered access to our Workers' Compensation Network in combination with leading bill review systems for efficient and easy implementation.
The Network is comprised of 15,000 of the nation's top hospitals and specialty treatment facilities, and 273,000 specialty and primary care physician locations, all of whom meet Beech Street's standards of excellence. As participants in our Workers' Compensation Network, these providers and facilities have agreed to negotiated rates that aid in cost containment efforts.
