Effective September 1, 2007, the Texas Dept. of Insurance requires each voluntary workers' compensation network to notify each affected health care provider of any person that is given access to the voluntary network's fee arrangement with that health care provider. Beech Street is a voluntary workers' compensation network in the state of Texas.
